This short par 4 will tempt longer players to take a shot at
the green. Danger lurks, however, as the green is protected by desert to the
right and a bunker in front of the green. The smart play is to hit your shot
at the candy pole down the middle. |
Long par 4 that
doglegs right. Favor middle to left side of fairway to avoid a blind shot out
of the desert on the right. Left of the green a ridge will kick shots down into
a deep hollow. A bunker guards the right side of this two–tiered green. |
Par 5. The green is hidden down in a hollow
that can't be seen outside of 75 yards. The second shot must be played
between the two large 150 rocks, try favoring the right side. Longer players get
home
in two using the downhill slope in front of the green. |
Dogleg right par 4. Aim at the right edge of fairway
bunker for the safest
play off the tee. The farther left off the tee the longer the hole plays to
this long narrow green. Don't miss to
the right because of the two deep bunkers that guard the right side of this
green. |
Par 5
with a blind tee shot. Aim straight away. Longer hitters may drive through
the fairway into the transition area. The approach shot will need to keep to
the right side of the green to avoid the bunkers fronting the left side of
the green. |
Long, uphill par 3. The hole features a long and
narrow elevated green. The approach shot will have to reach the green on the
fly to avoid the steep embankment guarding the front of the green. |
Long,
and straight away par 4. Anything hit down the right side in the grass
should come back to the middle. A tee shot to the left will leave a blind
shot to the green. The green slopes from the right to left. The approach
shot should favor the left side to avoid the bunker to the right of the
green and a tricky downhill clip shot. |
Down hill par 3. The green is guarded by bunkers at the rear and to
the right. |
Short but dangerous dogleg right. The approach should be played to the middle of the
green to avoid the lake that borders the green to the back and left. An
approach to the right will find a deep bunker in front of the green. |
This straight away par 4 with an uphill second shot will make
the approach shot play longer then it appears. The green is wide at the front
and bottle necks as it gets to the back. The blind green slopes back to front. |
Short
par 4, with bunkers left and right in the fairway an accurate shot is
a must. Or lay up so your 140 to 150 from the green. The green is wide
but not so deep. A safe shot will be to aim to the right part of the
green as the front is well guarded by bunkers. |
Par 5. There is a bunker on the left side of the
fairway hidden from the tee. This hole doglegs to the left on your second
shot. Hit the second shot to the top of the steep fairway hill and you'll
have a good look for your approach shot. A bunker lays in wait front left of
green. Making par here is a good score. |

Par 3
drops sharply downhill, which will cause the hole to play shorter than what
it appears. The hole features a large green that has substantial
undulations. |
Straight away par 4. Not
much trouble here. Just hit it! |
A par 4 with a demanding tee shot. To carry the bunkers on
the right a player will have to hit a tee shot 240 yards. The smart play is to
stay left of the bunker, leaving an uphill approach shot. The green has a deep
slope back to front. |
Hard par 4 with a blind tee
shot. The hole doglegs to the right. The ridge to the left will kick your
ball to the right and down the hill. The approach shot will play downhill
and be a half to a full club shorter. The green slopes severely from right
to left. |
#17 |
This
signature par 3 is the shortest hole on the course. Precision is the
key, as the collar on the left of the green rolls away into a deep
hollow, and there is a bunker to the right of the green. This green is
very narrow at the front then widens at the back. |
Risk reward par 5. Bunkers on the left side of the
landing area off the tee. Next shot you might consider laying up leaving you an 80 to 100
yard shot to avoid desert on the left and a bunker on the right. If the
green is missed miss to the left for an easier up and down. |
